Welcome to the 2025 Fall Athletics Season at George Fox University!

We’re excited to welcome our new student-athletes and their families to campus as we kick off the 2025 season.

Check-In Day is August 14, and includes time for students to get settled, meet teammates and coaches, and take care of important arrival tasks. Families are encouraged to participate in the day’s activities and help their students get oriented and ready for the season and school year ahead.

To cap off the day, families are invited to join their students for a welcome dinner in the Canyon Commons dining hall from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Meals for incoming student-athletes will be provided by the coaching staff, everyone else will need to purchase a ticket below. Please RSVP by August 1 so we can give an accurate headcount to catering.

Coaches will be sending more information to the student-athlete as we get closer to welcoming them to campus. If you have any questions regarding the schedule of events, please reach out to Hailey Swenson at [email protected].

12- 2p.m.Check-In

Join your student(s) as they officially get checked in on campus. Coaches will be there to welcome players on arrival.

2-4 p.m.Move-In

After check-in, take this time to get moved into your dorm. Parents are welcome to help their student with move-in.

4:30 - 6:00 p.m.Dinner

All incoming athletes, their families and coaching staff are invited to join together for dinner. Adam Puckett, our Athletic Director, will kick off the dinner and then there will be time of commissioning prayer and goodbyes for families and their students. Dinner will end at 6 p.m. to allow players to return to team meetings.
