Alumni and their spouses are welcome to join us for the Alumni Res-Trinity Retreat. 

Purpose: The word 'Restrinity' is a combination of the word 'trinity' (3 closely related things) and 3 'Re's:' Rest (the body), Renew (the mind), and Reconnect (with cohort mates). This is a spiritual retreat for the LSF cohort members and their special people to return to Cannon Beach as a retreat and pilgrimage experience. Guided by MaryKate Morse for rest, renewal, and connection.

• Who: members of dminlsf cohorts 1-5.
• Location: Cannon Beach Waves House, Room 404.
• Lodging: On your own [many secure lodging at Ecola Creek Lodge]
• Food: Meals on your own except for a Welcome meal and Closing meal.
• Fee: $500/person or $800/couple
• Deadline: December 1, 2022

This includes: 

• The Retreat under MaryKate Morse's direction.
• The Waves House location to host gatherings.

• Alumni single participation:  $500
• Couple participation: $800
