Diploma Reorder

To order a new diploma, please complete the following form.

The reissued diploma will include a statement indicating the date the diploma was reissued. The new diploma will include the original degree earned, original major earned, and original conferral date, but the official signatures and name of the institution may be different from those on the original diploma.

Bachelor diplomas are 8.5”x11”, master and doctoral diplomas are 11”x14”, certificates are 7"x9".

Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for the production of a printed diploma and allow 2 - 3 weeks for the production of an eDiploma.

Printed Diploma (includes eDiploma) ($50.00)
Diplomas for bachelor, master, and doctoral degrees can be reproduced and mailed. All printed diploma reorders will include an electronic diploma (PDF) sent via email.
eDiploma only ($20.00)
All diplomas can be reordered soley as an eDiploma (PDF) sent via email. Please note that your eDiploma cannot be printed, it is intended for electronic distribution and validation only.
Printed Certificate (includes eCertificate) ($25.00)
Certificates are awarded for non-degree programs only. An electronic version of the certificate will be emailed as a PDF in addition to the physical certificate being mailed.
